Sant Jordi surrounded by biblical scenes (any 1700)

Located in Debre Birhan Selassie monastery 1km northeast of Gonder.

Its name means AMARINA “Trinity in the light muntanya”. The ceiling and walls are covered by rows of winged angels and the walls reflect various biblical events, painted by l’ ethiopian artist.
