The Sant Jordi float returns home restored

The thermometer indicated that it was a cold Sunday morning. The negative two degrees at eight in the morning today were not an obstacle for a large number of well-equipped cyclists to set off from Banyeres, possibly each to visit different places in the area.
Our mission on this icy morning was a little different. Shortly after nine o'clock in the morning, the truck that would be in charge of collecting the float of Sant Jordi from the workshops of the company Magnific Art d'Ibi left for Ibi and transported the return to Banyeres. It has been there for several months undergoing a restoration process. Coincidences of life, the two people who carried out the restoration have a strong connection with Banyeres as their family is from our town.
Result of several suggestions, on Saturday 9 of March from 12 from the morning until 8 in the evening we will exhibit in the courtyard of Casa Abadia: l’antic tractor (let this serve as a tribute to his faithfulness for so many years), the Sant Jordi float already restored, several images of the restoration process that has been carried out and the new tractor that will be in charge of transporting our beloved patron Saint George.
Everyone is invited this Saturday 9 March. Thanks for everything, and we wait for them.
