11 January: the Festival Committee Saint George, gives all the information about the creation of the National Union of festive Entities, UNDEF, All row Brotherhood of St. George.
23 d'abril: Mr. Jordi presides over the Mass of Sant Jordi. Manuel Soler Espí. For the Procession, the modification of forming all the rows in the center of the street is introduced, in order to achieve a better organization and brightness of the same, and not on the sides remixed with the faithful as until now.
19 August: the transfer of the Board of Directors is carried out.
1975
22 February: the Sant Jordi Festivities Commission agrees to carry out the first phase of the Fester Monument, which will be designed by bather Vicente Ferrero Molina.
The assistance and participation of the Rector and Councilor of the Sant Jordi Brotherhood as a religious advisor at the meetings of the Sant Jordi Festivities Committee is agreed.
When the end of the period as Board of Directors coincides with the change of the Rector of the Parish, the directive, following the request of the new Rector, decides to extend his management period for another year to help him get to know our town and the celebration of our holidays better.
The study begins for the construction of a float to carry the large Image of Sant Jordi in the Solemn Procession of the day 23 d'abril.
1974
The Archbishop of the Diocese of Valencia appoint.
The 24 November, takes office as Rector of the Parish of Santa Maria de Banyeres de Mariola and Councilor of the Brotherhood of Sant Jordi, Mr. Ricardo Díaz de Rabago and Verdeguer, replacing who for almost eight years was in charge in front of her, up 10 November, Mr. Manuel Soler Espí.
14 of December: the Sant Jordi Festivals Committee approves the project and design of the Fester Monument and agrees to open a popular subscription to be able to cover the expenses that will be incurred.
1973
The restoration work on the Altar of Sant Jordi is complete, for Mr.. Francisco Picó Vaño.
31 March: the Sant Jordi Festivities Commission and the Brotherhood of our Patrón agree that the Sant Jordi Transfer will take place on 22 d'abril, Sunday of Glory, after the midday music event.
23 d'abril: The Missa Major of Sant Jordi is celebrated, concelebrated by the son rectors of Banyeres and by all those who have exercised their ministry in our town.
The Octavari of Sant Jordi is celebrated, each of the eight days, by a son of Banyeres de Mariola, or by a rector who has been at the forefront of our Parish.
12 May: the president of the Sant Jordi Festivities Commission proposes the construction of the Fester Monument in the municipal cemetery, to its Board of Directors.
The Archbishop of the Diocese of Valencia appoints Priest Vicente Vicedo Vaño as Vicar of the Parish of Santa Maria de Banyeres de Mariola.
1972
On the eve of Sant Jordi's Day it is sent, for the first time, a letter, written up by the Parish Rector, to all the neighbors "Head of family" of the town, inviting them to participate as members of the Brotherhood, as well as those who are currently already and are in a quota lower than twenty-five pesetas to increase it to the minimum established.
Work begins on the restoration of the Sant Jordi Altar by Mr. Francisco Picó Vaño, decorator painter from Alcoi, consisting of a treatment against ringworm, paint and decorate the capitals with gold glitter and the main elements of it with ivory enamel and some details, like flowers, with purple color.
1971
23 d'abril: the Board of Directors for the period 1971-1976 is proclaimed, President: José Luis Belda Sempere, Vice President: Rafael Payá Linares, Secretary: José Barceló Sanjuán and Treasurer: Angel Sirera Ferre.
22 May: the Brotherhood agrees that the term of office of the Board of Directors will be three years, at the end of which they will be relieved the 50 per cent, in other words that is, half of its members. It is also unanimously agreed to appoint two members of the Board of Directors to form part of the Sant Jordi Festivities Committee.
