Carisimo Berenguer: At this moment I receive the Rescript from Rome declaring S. Patron of that town.. Jorge. As you will see from the attached card, It took me a lot to get it, but let us all rejoice in the Lord, that has arrived on time. For next Monday, “Deo volente” will be the annimus of Mr.. General Vicar. and you can pick it up, paying the rights of 100 pts. I must warn you that alms must be given to the Basilica that has intervened in this matter, and I still don't know, but I estimate that it will be 150 pts. a little more or less. As soon as you receive this, flying bells, music throughout the streets, etc. If you come to collect the Rescript, agree with me on everything.
