Vicente Pons Alos, canon archivist – librarian of the Metropolitan Cathedral of Valencia, presided over the celebration of the High Mass on the day of the Relic of Saint George. He was accompanied by other members of the Cathedral Council, among them Manuel Soler, which was a chapel in Banyeres. Continuity is given, in this way, to the relationship that began years ago when the relic of the Patrón's arm was brought to the town from the Cathedral. Pons Alós was one of the people to whom this action was entrusted.
